Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made a shipping error.



3.Refunds for Defective Products

4.Order Cancellations

4.2. If the order has already been shipped, your order will be cancelled and your refund will be issued as outlined in 5.3.


5.Refund Processing


5.1. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days of our receipt of the returned product.
5.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
